The Jeanne Quilted Robe has been carefully crafted from 100% Indian cotton fabric, hand-printed using traditional Block Printing techniques. The Robe design & relaxed fit enables a simple S/M or M/L approach, accommodating for a range of shapes and sizes. The Jeanne Quilted Robe features a detachable waist tie, side splits, deep pockets and printed lining.

Cold machine wash with a very mild detergent. Dry in shade. Please note: due to the nature of the natural black pigment, this print is particularly susceptible to colour fading.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control. Shipping delays can be a result of postal clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible.

Dowe Bo is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS
Dowe Bo offers tracking for all orders, however Dowe Bo does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.

- Returns are accepted on the basis they are deemed faulty. Unfortunately we can not accept change of mind returns.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to honor a return outside of the 30 day return period.

- Exchanges are available on the same item only, in smaller or larger size. In the instance of sell out, exchange for another print is possible.

- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached, folded neatly in the Dowe Bo dust bag provided.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Both domestic and international orders are required to arrange return postage at own expense via your preferred shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (to ensure date of delivery is noted). Only once
items have been received will they be processed and exchanged.

- If you need to make any changes to your order (if you selected the wrong size for example) please contact us right away. We are happy to correct this for you ensuring we have not already dispatched the item.

- We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item.

- Please note Dowe Bo provides full responsibility for incorrectly supplied items. Should there be such an issue with your order please email our customer service team hello@dowebo.com.au
